Off Campus Housing

Pick an Apartment in the Neighborhood of Your Choice

While you're at CultureWorks, you can choose to find your own accommodations in the City of London. If you require some advice or information about how to lease an apartment, or whether leasing an apartment would be best in your circumstances, our housing co-ordinator will assist you.

The cost of living in London is quite reasonable, with one bedroom apartments averaging between $650 and $800 per month. Apartments closer to the university tend to be more expensive because of the additional convenience they provide. Other costs you should consider before choosing off campus housing include telephone hook-up, television cable costs, Internet connection charges, utilities (electricity and water) and groceries.

A one-bedroom apartment in Canada will consist of a separate bedroom, kitchen and dining area, living area and a private bathroom. Almost all apartments in Canada are unfurnished and you will need to purchase all furniture and kitchen items.
