University Applications

Our Registrar at CultureWorks will be happy to help you through each step of the application process to ensure that your transition is as easy as possible. The application process begins in January of the year you are entering university studies.

University Application Timeline

January 
You will attend an Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC) session in mid-January.  Our Associate Registrar, Brianne Bain, will be there to answer any questions you may have about the application process.

February 
You will be asked to pay the OUAC application fee ($105.00).

March 
Acceptance packages are issued with information about fees, course selection, scholarships, and International Student Services.  You will accept your offer of admission at this time.

April  
Select your courses if you are entering university studies in May.  You will receive your student card, activate your UWO email addresses, and create your class schedules.

May 
Summer courses begin in mid-May.

June
Select your courses if you are entering university studies in September.  You will receive your student card, activate your UWO email addresses, and create your class schedules.

July
Your tuition fees are due by the end of the month.  Make arrangements for payment through the Finance office on campus.

August
The International Student Bridging program takes place during the last week of August. 

September
Orientation week events begin on Labour Day each year.  Classes begin the first Thursday after Labour Day.

Please note: Students who graduate from CultureWorks in October or January begin their university studies in May.  Students who graduate in April or July begin their university studies in September.
