Finding Your Way to London
London is located right in the heart of Southwestern Ontario, halfway between Toronto and Detroit. The city sits on the north side of the junction of Highways 401 and 402.
By Rail
London's VIA Rail station is located downtown at 205 York Street, close to major hotels and restaurants. There are 14 daily trains serving London, providing connections to Toronto, Sarnia and Windsor.
By Air
London International Airport is the twelfth busiest passenger airport in Canada, serving 350,000 travelers annually. There is direct air service to the United States, the Caribbean and major Canadian cities. RobertQ Airbus provides ground transportation to and from Toronto's Pearson International Airport and Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
By Bus
Greyhound Canada provides daily service to London from most major cities with either direct routes or connections through Toronto. The bus terminal is located downtown at 101 York Street.
By Car
From Highway 401 there are three northbound exits into London:
- The Airport Road Exit goes to the London International Airport and East London destinations.
- The Highbury Avenue Exit provides access to East London.
- The Wellington Road Exit provides access through South London to the city centre and downtown core.
From Highway 401 to King's University College:
- Follow Hwy 401 west to Wellington Road North/Exeter Road Exit (#186B)
- Take the Wellington Road North branch and head north passing though downtown to Pall Mall Street (9 kms)
- Turn left (west) onto Pall Mall Street and proceed one block to Richmond Street
- Follow Richmond Street to the University Gates (2 kms)
- Turn right (east) onto Epworth Ave.
From Highway 401 to Brescia University College:
- Follow Hwy 401 west to Highbury Avenue Exit (#189)
- Follow Highbury Avenue (north) to Oxford Street (9 kms)
- Turn left (west) onto Oxford Street and follow to Wharncliffe Road (4 kms)
- Turn right (north) onto Wharncliffe Road and follow to the fifth set of traffic lights
(you will pass by Althouse College) - Perth Hall Residence on the left, and continue past the soccer fields (also on your left)
- Turn left (west) at the traffic lights at Lambton Drive
